Rulebase was founded by Gideon Ebose and Chidi Williams, two leaders with deep experience building systems for regulated financial institutions.
Gideon spent his career designing security, governance, and data-integrity infrastructure used by global enterprises, and previously worked with financial-services teams on controls, migration, and risk-management workflows.
Chidi built defensive systems for Goldman Sachs’ wealth-management platform and developed early machine-learning models used across African fintechs handling payments, KYC, and fraud-risk operations.
